Females and males are like the two wheels of a cycle hence equally important in society. Unfortunately, gender biases are prevalent in the society. We should understand that women’s empowerment and gender equality are important for the nation’s progress. To promote gender equality, awareness about various laws against violence and sexual harassment among female students and employees of the college and society ‘Women Cell’ is functional in the institution from session 2018-2019 onwards.
